sRGB is a color space jointly developed by Hewlett-Packard and Microsoft in 1996. It is used in various devices such as printers, monitors, televisions, cameras, etc. The sRGB color space covers approximately 72% of the NTSC color space.
DCI P3 is a color space introduced by SMPTE in 2007. It is used in digital cinema and has a wider color gamut than sRGB.
